Signpac – a division of GJI Group in Brisbane North is seeking a confident Business Development Specialist to grow the School Signs brand across the Brisbane northern region.

You will identify, pitch, and secure long-term client relationships with school stakeholders, and travel locally and interstate using your own vehicle.

The role offers base salary plus super, car allowance, and commission, with autonomy and the flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in signage, education, or related industries.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with ability to form connections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Comfort with consultative selling, face-to-face meetings, and client management.

Position: Business Development Specialist – Brisbane North

Base Location: Brisbane norther suburbs

Signpac – a division of GJI Group is a leading National Signage provider, specialising in the education sector. We are currently seeking a confident, motivated, & proactive Business Development Specialist (BDS) to join the team and expand the School Signs brand in Brisbane northern region.

About the role

In the role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing long term relationships with clients. Your school stakeholders can include Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Managers and Administration staff, providing advice and guidance, ensuring all client needs are delivered to expectation.

Role Requirements:

Proven sales experience and success, ideally in the signage, education, or LED lighting/electrical industries.

Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to quickly form genuine connections, identify, negotiate, and close business deals.

A high level of comfort in consultative sales, face to face meetings, and client management.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and articulate value propositions.

Local and interstate travel when required – must have your own vehicle.
