Job summary

KA Electrics is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across mining, civil, heavy vehicle and fleet sectors in Western Australia. You will develop new business, build lasting relationships with customers, generate leads and follow up opportunities, and work with the operations team to meet customer requirements.

The role offers $90,000 + super, a 38-hour week and uncapped commission on gross profit from new business you bring in.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or related industry role.
• Knowledge of mining, civil, heavy vehicle or fleet industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and commercially minded.
• Existing industry contacts would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across mining, civil and fleet sectors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads and identify new opportunities.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits.
• Work closely with the operations team to support customer requirements.
