Gen2 Services Australia is seeking a motivated, hands-on Business Development Manager to win new business while leading a small sales team. This role combines direct business development with the management of internal sales personnel and support for account managers.

You will identify and secure corporate contracts, coach the team on lead generation and closing, and develop relationships with senior decision-makers.

• Proven success in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience leading or supervising sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.
• Confident dealing with senior corporate decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Build and develop the sales culture within the organisation.
• Personally identify, pursue and secure new corporate and commercial contracts.
• Manage and motivate a small team.
• Develop relationships with key corporate decision-makers and property and facility managers.
• Coach team members to improve lead generation, sales techniques and conversion rates.
• Work with existing account managers to identify opportunities for additional business.
• Monitor sales pipelines, targets and performance through HubSpot CRM.
• Contribute to sales strategies and the company's continued growth.
