KB Commercial Services is a growing commercial cleaning and specialist services business in Australia, seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own new business growth. You will shape the sales pipeline and pursue multi-site contracts, not simply wait for leads.

You will prospect, build relationships with facility and property managers, and work directly with the owner on pricing and proposals. Enjoy hybrid/on-the-road flexibility and uncapped earning potential through commission.

Qualifications

• Genuine track record in B2B business development and new-client acquisition.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, property services, or related B2B sectors.
• Confident new-business hunter with ability to generate leads.
• Skilled at engaging with decision-makers and closing deals.
• Self-driven with an autonomous pipeline management and target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating your own B2B opportunities.
• Build relationships with facility and property managers and decision makers.
• Identify multi-site and recurring contract opportunities.
• Outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person prospecting.
• Attend client meetings and site inspections.
• Follow up leads and convert opportunities into signed work.
• Identify suitable tenders and contract opportunities.
• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the business owner on pricing, proposals and growth.
• Develop long-term relationships generating repeat revenue.
