Responsibilities

• Sourcing new business.
• Database management and CRM updates.
• Conducting rental appraisals and presenting proposals to management.
• Generating new property listings and investor services.
• Managing rental providers onboarding processes.
• Liaising with the sales team to align strategies.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience.

About the role

With a large sales and property management team, an unusual amount of 'phone in' rental appraisals and with an established database to work, your success will only be limited by your own efforts. This is a Monday to Friday role with only occassional Saturday work as required.

For emerging talent: You'll work closely alongside an experienced Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, learning how to identify opportunities, build relationships, open doors and ultimately develop into a successful BDM yourself..

For experienced professionals: Hit the ground running with direct collaboration and strategic support, using your skill set to expand our market reach while sharpening your deal-closing ability.

Duties

• Sourcing new business
• Database Management
• Conducting rental appraisals and present management proposals
• Generating new listings
• Investor services management
• Rental Provider onboarding
• Liasing with the sales team
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience
