Gough Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to join an established residential agency in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. You will identify and secure new property management opportunities, grow the rent roll, and build your own network while collaborating with a supportive team.

You will prospect, attend appraisals, prepare rental proposals, follow up leads, and nurture relationships with property owners and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Driven, confident and relationship-focused BDM with a passion for property and business development.
• Proven ability to prospect, present and negotiate, with a strong pipeline to generate new business.
• Agent’s Representative Certificate preferred.

Looking for a Business Development role where you can make your mark?

Join an established residential agency in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs as a Business Development Manager, where you’ll focus on growing the rent roll, building new relationships and bringing new business through the door.

You’ll have the support of an experienced property management team behind you, while having the freedom to develop your own network and manage your pipeline.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new property management opportunities across the Western Suburbs.

This will include prospecting, attending appraisals, preparing rental proposals, following up leads and building strong relationships with property owners and referral partners.

About You

We’re looking for a driven, confident and relationship-focused BDM with a genuine passion for property and business development.

You’ll be comfortable prospecting, presenting and negotiating, with the motivation to build a strong pipeline and consistently win new business. Previous property management or real estate BDM experience is preferred, along with an Agent’s Representative Certificate.
