Business Development Manager for Residential Property Management

Seeking an applicant who has strong previous sales experience.

Hours: Full Time - 38hrs per Week (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 gross per annum + Superannuation + Bonuses + Car + Phone (company car can be utilised for personal and business use)

(Salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience)

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking opportunities with investors to discuss property management services. You will be required to generate your own leads, and be responsible for converting these leads into signed managements. The role requires you to onboard the new managements until the property is handed over to a Property Manager. Bonuses will awarded per new management which is signed. A real estate certificate is not required to be considered for this position, however, will need to be obtained shortly after commencing - we will support you through this process.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Great previous sales experience
• Current driver's license
• Have experience with CRM's
