Job summary

Gough Recruitment QLD is seeking a motivated Real Estate BDM on the Gold Coast to drive new business and lead generation within a dynamic team. You will build referral partnerships, conduct rental appraisals, and represent the agency at industry events to grow market share.

You should have a current QLD real estate registration and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, plus 2+ years of BDM experience and strong communication skills to excel in a growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
• Valid QLD Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate BDM.
