Job summary

Green Life Windows Brisbane Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales of aluminium windows and doors in Brisbane. You will nurture relationships with builders and architects, manage showroom interactions, and ensure on-time delivery while reporting through CRM systems.

The role requires a strong network in the construction sector, weekend showroom availability by appointment, and a disciplined KPI focus to convert quotes into sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and business development in the window/facade industry.
• Proven track record with builders and architects and an established industry network.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent at building rapport with new clients.
• Strong ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Able to meet KPI targets: quotes, sales, and conversion.
• Skilled in managing and tracking client orders for timely delivery.
• Proficient in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.
• Willing to visit showrooms on weekends by appointment.
• Includes car, laptop and phone.

Key Requirements

• Capable of meeting KPI targets, including quotes, sales and quote-to-sale conversion rates.

• Proficient in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.
• Available for weekend showroom visits (Saturday and Sunday) by appointment.
