Job summary

Sazerac AUNZ is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to lead growth in Central Queensland, covering Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone. You will drive volume, expand retail presence, and implement national promotions within on-premise and retail liquor channels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field sales, strong negotiation skills, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. Travel across the region and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar face-to-face sales role.
• Confident communicator focused on building long-term relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to win business.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel as required.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and distribution growth across the portfolio.
• Maximise retail ranging and programmes in-store.
• Execute national brand promotions and other activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage diverse customer base and territory with CRM accountability.
