Job summary

Sazerac Company in Australia is hiring a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our premium spirits portfolio across NSW. You will drive volume, expand distribution, and partner with retailers and on-premise venues to deliver brand-led campaigns.

You'll work autonomously within a dynamic sales team, travel across Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Port Macquarie and beyond, and leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar face-to-face sales role.
• Confident communicator focused on building long-term relationships.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
• Liquor experience is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel across NSW.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and distribution growth across the portfolio.
• Maximise key retail ranging and programmes in store.
• Execute national brand promotions and other activities.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage a diverse customer universe and territory with CRM accountability.
