Job summary

Sazerac Co. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our brands in the Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, and Port Macquarie regions. You will drive volume, maximise retail coverage, and implement national promotions while building lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in face-to-face sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Travel across NSW is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a face-to-face sales role.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and communicate confidently.
• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, go-getter attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel to manage territory.
