Job summary

Sazerac AUNZ in NSW is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to oversee and develop our brands across Central NSW, including Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building premium spirits, mixers and RTD brands within liquor channels.

You will drive volume and distribution, maximise in-store promotions, identify new opportunities, and manage a diverse customer base with CRM accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a face-to-face sales role.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage travel to cover the territory.
• Proficient with MS Office and a CRM tool.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and distribution growth across the portfolio.
• Maximise in-store retail ranging and promotions.
• Execute national brand promotions and activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage a diverse customer base with CRM accountability.
• Travel within Central NSW to cover Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and surroundings.
