Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth across Central NSW, covering Forster, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Ballina. You will build and protect premium customer relationships, expand distribution, and execute national brand promotions.

This role offers autonomy, a collaborative sales team, and a structured plan to win new business while balancing travel across the territory and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in face-to-face sales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously with travel.

Responsibilities

• Driving volume and distribution growth across the portfolio.
• Maximising key retail ranging and programmes in store.
• Executing national brand promotions and other activities.
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities.
• Managing a diverse customer universe and territory with reporting and CRM accountability.
