Job summary

Endeavour Build is seeking a highly organized Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to drive the journey from client sign-up through to construction handover readiness. You will ensure approvals, designs, documentation and consultant inputs are completed accurately, on time and in line with compliance requirements.

You will work closely with Sales, Estimating, Designers, Consultants and Construction to ensure every project enters delivery ready to build, with risk reduction and clear

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Understanding of pre-construction workflows, approvals and documentation
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external authorities
• Ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Proactive in identifying risks early and solving problems
• Experience in construction, pre-construction coordination, design coordination, estimating support or project administration is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all pre-construction activities from client sign-up to handover
• Prepare and manage construction documentation and client signatures
• Track design documentation, approvals and consultant inputs
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, engineers and external consultants
• Prepare complete pre-construction handover packs for Project Managers and site teams
• Act as central communication point between Sales, Design, Estimating and Construction
• Identify and resolve documentation, approval or buildability risks early
• Maintain trackers, timelines and internal milestones
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, workflows and checklists
