Job summary

Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Lending Support Officer for a full-time permanent position based in Townsville. You will support the Third-Party team to provide timely, accurate, friendly service to members and introducers, with opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.

This role requires resilience in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to teamwork. The preferred location is Townsville, with a 38-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in member service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and an ability to work under pressure.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the Third-Party team to ensure timely, accurate and friendly service to members and introducers.
• Cross-sell products and services to members where appropriate.

About the Role

We now have an opportunity for a Lending Support Officer on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Lending Support Officer, you will support the Third-Party team to ensure that the organisation delivers timely, accurate and friendly service to our members and introducers in relation to products and services whilst embracing the opportunity to cross-sell products and services to our members. You will work in a fast-paced environment so will need to be resilient and goal-orientated.

This is full a time permanent position, based on a 38-hour working week with preferred location for this position to be based is Townsville.

About You

To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following:

• Proven experience in member service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
• Experience within the Financial Services industry (desirable)
