Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Lending Support Officer in Townsville to support our Third-Party team with timely, accurate, and friendly member service. You will have opportunities to cross-sell products while maintaining resilience in a fast-paced environment and a 38-hour week, with Townsville as the preferred base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in member service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and an ability to work under pressure.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the Third-Party team to ensure timely, accurate and friendly service to members and introducers; cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and remain resilient and goal-orientated.
• Operate on a 38-hour working week with Townsville as preferred location.
• Contribute to a positive member experience and uphold bank policies and standards.
