Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a driven Appointment Setter for Broadbeach, in a beachfront office. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, booking quality appointments for our sales team in a supportive, energetic environment. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

You’ll thrive on talking to people, keep accurate CRM notes, and work toward weekly targets. Previous appointment setting or phone sales is desirable, but we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting and/or phone sales is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
• Drive, resilience and a results-focused mindset.
• Coachable, motivated and keen to earn what you're worth.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and qualified leads.
• Introduce our services and book appointments for our sales team.
• Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
• Keep accurate call notes and records in our CRM.
• Follow up with leads to maximise bookings and show-up rates.
• Work towards weekly appointment targets.
• Be a positive, reliable part of a close-knit team.
