My Wealth Hub on the Gold Coast is seeking a target-driven appointment setter to convert warm conversations into booked appointments for our advisory team. You will work with a steady stream of daily leads, with a fully phone-based role and a focus on high-quality appointments.

Expect a base around 60k AUD with bonuses and superannuation; on-target earnings exceed 121k AUD, rewarding performance with uncapped commissions. Join a buzzing, supportive office environment in Southport.

60,000 base salary + Bonuses + Superannuation + Uncapped commission structure — your effort directly drives your income. On‑Target Earnings of 121,000+; top performers will exceed this OTE.

Role

You will work a warm lead pipeline — no cold calling — speaking with and qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality appointments for our specialist consultants across property investment, superannuation and mortgage brokerage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and speaking English fluently
