Job summary

AIM Business School in Brisbane CBD is seeking an Admissions and Sales Advisor to help prospective and existing students explore postgraduate options and enrol. In a hands-on, phone-based role, you’ll build relationships, identify opportunities and drive enrolments while delivering excellent service.

You’ll work with a supportive team and have clear incentives for performance. As part of Scentia, AIM offers professional development, up to $4,000 annually for study and a recognised awards

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone-based sales, admissions or similar
• Experience with consultative selling and building rapport
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with prospective and existing students and understand career goals
• Drive sales and enrolments by identifying opportunities to increase bookings
• Support the student journey by helping plan study options
• Re-engage inactive students and encourage progression
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure every interaction reflects AIM experience
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while supporting the team
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and student support to improve the student experience
