AIM Business School, part of the Scentia group, is looking for an Admissions and Sales Advisor to join our Brisbane-based team. In this phone-based role, you will connect with prospective and current students, understand career goals and help them choose suitable postgraduate study options.

You will guide students through study plans, identify sales opportunities and contribute to enrolments while delivering premium service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based sales or admissions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with prospective and existing students.
• Drive enrolments and unit bookings to support growth.
• Guide enrolled students through study options and planning.
