AIM Business School, part of the Scentia group, is seeking an Admissions and Sales Consultant to support prospective and enrolled students through enrolment and study planning. This phone-based role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building and achieving enrolment targets.

You will work across Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and MBA programs, guiding students to suitable pathways, engaging inactive students and delivering a premium student experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in phone-based sales, admissions or student engagement.
• Strong ability to build rapport and guide people toward decisions.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Guide students toward their goals and study pathways.
• Drive enrolments and progression for current students.
• Reconnect with inactive students to support re-engagement.
• Provide personalised, timely support reflecting AIM’s premium experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Faculty and Student Support teams.
