Xpress Freight Management in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our Acacia Ridge team. This hands-on role supports our fast-growing Brisbane operation with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will manage bookings, driver schedules, documentation, manifests, and liaise with drivers and customers. The role runs Monday to Friday 12–8pm and offers incentive programs and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in Logistics or Transport Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail.
• 100% commitment to deliver high customer service, every time.
• Possess a strong team and work ethic.
• All candidates will be subject to a Drug and Alcohol testing.
• All candidates will need to supply a current Police Check.

Aufgaben

• Process, monitor and update booking requests, schedules, labels and delivery documentation.
• Prepare and distribute daily and end-of-day driver schedules, including pending and confirmed bookings.
• Inspect pallets and freight for delivery compliance, coordinating rewrapping, replacements and labelling as required.
• Create, distribute and maintain daily driver run sheets and operational documentation.
• Prepare, check and manage daily and linehaul manifests, including dangerous goods and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve manifest discrepancies, loading issues, misdirected freight and audit discrepancies.
• Coordinate onforwarding freight and depot collections, including scanning, organising, labelling and dispatch preparation.
• Process orders, deliveries, invoices, consignments, freight labels and POD documentation accurately.
• Maintain operational reports and compliance documentation, supporting planning, performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with drivers, staff, customers, agents and receivers to resolve enquiries and complaints while providing a high standard of customer service.
