Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and assist with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages and returns to ensure flow.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Delivery Partners to loadout and resolve issues.
• Liaise with the call centre for customer updates and direct outreach.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and sortation during peaks.
• Maintain records through data entry and escalate issues.
