Job summary

Xpress Freight Management in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, is seeking experienced Linehaul Loaders to join PM Operations at our Acacia Ridge facility. You will unload local PUD vehicles, ensure safe loading, and help maintain high visibility and service for our customers.

We require a minimum of 2 years in linehaul loading with semi-trailers, knowledge of load restraint, and a strong safety mindset. A current licence, police check, and pre-employment drug & alcohol testing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in linehaul loading with semi-trailers and B-Doubles.
• Understanding of load restraint requirements.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and experienced in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must.
• Current motor vehicle licence.
• All candidates will need to supply a current Police Check and undertake Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Unload local PUD vehicles.
• Minimise freight damage and loading errors.
• Identify and report freight discrepancies and damages.
• Apply load restraint and strapping in accordance with requirements.
• WHS and COR compliance.
• Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are provided to our customers at all times.
