Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day breakfast service and support lunch shifts when needed.
• Lead and motivate the breakfast team, ensuring staff engagement and training.
• Own daily breakfast operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Monitor service standards and minimize non-service activities at the station.
• Conduct daily briefings covering occupancy, VIPs, groups, dietary needs, and menu changes.
• Manage rosters, overtime, leave, and cross-venue staffing to meet targets.
• Ensure liquor licensing, safety, incident reporting and risk controls are maintained.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue through upselling and controlled departmental expenses.
• Act as brand ambassador and collaborate with other departments and meetings.
