Job summary

QT Sydney, part of EVT Group’s Daymaker family, is seeking an F&B Attendant to greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help create a lively, welcoming morning service. This role suits reliable, guest-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

You’ll bring at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and the ability to carry multiple plates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an F&B attendant or waitstaff in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manner with guest experience at the forefront.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Ability to work morning shifts across the week (minimum 20hrs per week).
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for the day by taking orders and serving food.
• Create a warm, memorable guest experience reflecting QT's playful, design-led personality.
