Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or breakfast attendant.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Handling Certificate, and RSA (or willingness to obtain).
• Available for early starts from 6:30am, including weekends and school holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong hospitality focus with attention to detail.
• Familiar with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the breakfast service.
• Prepare, cook and present breakfast.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and café.
• Take guest orders, process payments via POS, and serve food and beverages.
• Keep food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
• Set up and replenish continental breakfast area.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation.
