Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection in Sydney’s beachfront setting seeks an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will craft breakfast dishes for a French-Med inspired offering, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced coastal environment.

Working hours from 4:30am to 1pm, you lead with passion, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate across service shifts, room service, and lobby/bar roles. Australian Working Rights are required.

Qualifications

• Energetic chef with passion for delivering consistent, beautifully executed dishes.
• Able to work 4:30am–1pm shifts in a luxury coastal kitchen.
• Experience leading busy breakfast service including buffet/live stations.
• Passionate about fresh produce, quality presentation and guest experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian working rights / visa essential.

Responsibilities
