Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a Breakfast F&B Supervisor to lead the daily breakfast operation, ensuring guests receive excellent service while the team runs efficiently and safely. This hands-on role involves supervising shifts, coaching staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in events, hotels, or hospitality, with strong communication skills and a passion for guest satisfaction. Availability for mornings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor role in events, hotels or hospitality venues.
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused service approach.
• Ability to coach casual and permanent staff and supervise rostered shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast operation ensuring consistent service quality.
• Supervise rostered shifts and on-the-floor service during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in breakfast areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure replenishment and smooth service.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Provide training and support to team members as required.
• Foster a positive team culture and strong guest experience.
