EVT is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch and dinner at Rydges Esplanade Cairns. You will lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests at conferences, weddings, or reef getaways.

The role is casual/on-site with shift flexibility and opportunities to grow within EVT's extensive hotel and entertainment network.

Qualificações

• Experience as an F&B Supervisor in hotels/restaurants.
• Ability to train and motivate a team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus.
• Excellent communication and flexibility with shifts.
