Job summary

EVT Limited – Sydney International Airport NSW seeks a Breakfast F&B Supervisor to lead day-to-day breakfast operations across EVT venues. You’ll supervise rostered shifts, coach staff, and ensure service is fast, friendly and compliant with safety standards.

Expect hands-on leadership, a focus on guest satisfaction, and collaboration with kitchen and service teams. Availability for mornings and weekends is required; join EVT to contribute to a dynamic hospitality network with strong growth

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in events, hotels or hospitality venues.
• Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and coaching teams in a fast-paced service setting.
• Professional with a keen eye for aesthetics and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and oversee service standards throughout breakfast, anticipating guest needs and promoting the venue and brand.
• Ensure the buffet area, restaurant and beverage stations are clean, stocked and ready, completing the opening checklist and reporting issues.
• Monitor food replenishment and liaise with kitchen to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests with a warm, professional approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards at all times.
• Support team members during busy periods, including supervision, role allocation and on-the-job training.
