Job summary

Rydges Esplanade Cairns is looking for an energetic and organised F&B Supervisor to oversee daily breakfast, lunch and dinner service, lead and motivate a team, and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.

You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for conference, wedding or leisure guests, while training staff, managing guest needs and ensuring smooth service. This casual role starts asap with opportunities to grow within EVT's hotel and entertainment network.

Qualifications

• Experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team to deliver guest experience.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service daily.
• Lead, train and motivate the service team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure quality and presentation of food, and a welcoming guest atmosphere.
