Sea World Resort is seeking a passionate and reliable Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive breakfast service excellence for resort guests. You will lead the morning operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, smooth service, and memorable dining experiences to start each guest’s day.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, hotel, resort, or buffet environments.
• Barista skills essential and RSA certification required.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily breakfast service operations.
• Coordinate team to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient breakfast service.
• Oversee buffet presentation and replenishment to maintain quality and standards.
• Assist with opening procedures and prepare service areas before guests arrive.
• Coach and support team members to foster a positive culture.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and resort teams for a seamless guest experience.
