Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and hygiene per HACCP and local guidelines.
• Prepare, produce and present all foods according to recipes under Head Chef guidance.
• Monitor kitchen stock, order as required and minimise wastage.
• Maintain grooming standards and personal hygiene at all times.
• Support team with menus, rosters and food service duties.
• Communicate clearly with Chef and team; punctuality is essential.
