Job summary

Wollongong Golf Club in Wollongong NSW is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to lead morning service across our restaurant, functions and member dining. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will ensure consistent high-quality breakfast preparation, presentation and standards in a busy hospitality venue with refurbishment underway.

Ideal candidates have prior breakfast kitchen experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and Food Safety Supervisor certification, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast service in a busy hospitality environment.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Current Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality breakfast food to Club standards.
• Work across kitchen sections including prep, service and functions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stock control.
• Support weddings, events and member dining.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
