Job summary

NAB Wangaratta is seeking a Full-time Branch Manager to lead our local branch, foster exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance. You will coach a team, manage branch performance, and partner with the retail division to deliver community-focused banking.

You’ll be responsible for guiding day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and creating a supportive, inclusive environment where customers feel valued and respected.

• Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential.

Job description

• Full-time Branch Manager position based in our Wangaratta Branch


• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

• Working efficiently and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do


• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction


• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities


• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time


• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
