You will drive branch performance, coach a high-performing team, and foster strong customer relationships within the local retail network.

The role emphasizes delivering a consistent, engaging customer journey, coaching for growth, and contributing to the broader retail strategy, with onboarding and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently and with purpose for customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership and direction.

• Deliver a brilliant, consistent and engaging experience to customers and partners; ensure your team delivers this every time.
• Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division.

• Full-time Branch Manager position in our Horsham Branch
• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
• Lead a high-performing team and create standout customer experiences every day.

In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

• Working efficiently and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division

• Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
