Qualificações

• Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Work efficiently and with purpose for customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership and direction.
• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by identifying cross-sale opportunities.
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent and engaging experience to customers and partners; ensure your team delivers this every time.
• Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division.
