Job summary

Flick Anticimex is seeking a Branch Manager based in Mackay to lead our Mackay and Emerald operations. You will own branch performance, drive service delivery, and grow the business with a hands-on, customer-focused leadership style.

You will develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and P&L, and partner with regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance across divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and profitability experience.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Experience in pest control, facilities services, hygiene, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations across Mackay and Emerald and ensure service excellence.
• Drive profitability by managing revenue, expenses, and P&L.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Implement growth strategies across divisions.
• Monitor key metrics: service completion, scheduling, safety, retention.
• Foster safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and regional leadership.
• Oversee branch assets and reporting of performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
