Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or depot/branch management.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and compliance.
• Hands-on, people-first leadership approach.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence – mandatory.
• HR licence or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems.
