Compass Australia is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to coordinate vehicle fleet preparation, delivery, and collection. You will lead a local team, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional service for clients and referral partners.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role.
• Proven experience managing or leading a small team (preferred).
• Strong communication, logistics, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
• Strong administration and time management ability.
• Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous).
• Understanding of logistics in the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles.
• Lead daily workflows and support your team’s performance.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.
• Lead by example in customer service and issue resolution.
• Complete branch reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles meet Compass standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Branch Manager to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch.
