Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with end-to-end banking experiences across transactions and needs-based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital solutions and how to access them.
• Be a role model and coach within a collaborative team.
• Support bank programs and ensure branch policies and procedures are followed.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and maintain compliance.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and advocacy for ANZ.
