About the Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience for customers by helping them achieve their financial goals through everyday banking transactions, needs-based conversations, and education on the range of financial solutions available, including digital banking.

Based within the branch network, you'll provide outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships and advocacy. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues, act as a role model and peer coach, and contribute to a positive team culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.
