Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) is seeking a Banking Consultant in Shepparton VIC to provide customers with a seamless branch experience, meeting end-to-end banking needs across transactions and needs-based conversations while educating them on digital solutions.

Based mainly in branches, you will be a role model and peer coach, delivering a high standard of customer service and building advocacy for ANZ.

Formación

About the Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

What will your day look like?

As a Banking Consultant/ Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:

• Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,
• Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,
• Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,
• Sound understanding of compliance, and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
