NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support customers across Tamworth and surrounding branches, delivering a seamless, tailored experience. The role focuses on opening accounts, lending services and digital banking options, with a strong emphasis on customer care and accurate transactions.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, detail orientation and teamwork, with hours and coverage that include multiple branches in the region.

Responsabilités

• Support NAB's Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi & Walcha Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
