Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Warm and courteous phone manner with outbound calls as required.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail with verbal and written communication.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Box office and Tessitura experience is desired but not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Process ticket sales in person, via phone and email.
• Maintain detailed database and account records.
• Provide information about upcoming performances and events.
• Be the first point of contact for the wider company, assist with appointments and deliveries, and maintain the public space.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth performances and a welcoming environment.
• Handle feedback with sensitivity and escalate as needed to the relevant manager.
• Be knowledgeable of Carriageworks website content, purchase paths and patron experience.
