Job summary

The Star Sydney invites applications for a Guest Services Attendant to support car park operations and guest queries with a courteous approach. You will contribute to a seamless guest experience in a high-volume entertainment venue.

This role requires hospitality experience, flexible rosters including weekends, and strong verbal and written communication. MICROS transactions will be routine, and you will help maintain daily records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash handling procedures and record transactions in MICROS.
• Support Guest Services Manager with daily reconciliation and reports.
• Perform car park validation, manage vouchers and access cards.
• Notify supervisor of equipment faults and assist customers.
