Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Box Office Attendant to support customer ticketing across Ticketmaster locations, outlets and event sites in the Sydney area. The role requires reliable transport within Sydney and Northern Beaches with availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic event environment and to become an all-rounder across the operations team is essential. The position may offer varying hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to handle cash, cards and EFT payments.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotational roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at Ticketmaster locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner.
• Process ticket purchases via credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.
• Consult with Box Office Manager or Supervisor to maintain high service standards.
• Keep informed about events on the Ticketmaster network and ask questions when needed.
• Answer questions about events and tickets at boxes, outlets or events.
• Participate in roving/mobile customer service and transactions across venue hotspots.
• Cash handling and balancing takings.
• Adhere to quality, safety and environment policies.
