Job summary

Mandala Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Part Time Hotel All Rounder for Hoteloco, a boutique 39-room property in Alexandria, Sydney. The role focuses on housekeeping with support across front office reception to ensure a warm, efficient guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, handling guest inquiries, assisting with check-ins/outs, and working across departments in a small team. Prior housekeeping is essential and RMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience (essential).
• Front office or reception experience (desired but not essential).
• Experience in hospitality and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service and clean guest rooms to a high standard.
• Ensure public areas are presented immaculately.
• Assist with guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
• Support front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest accounts.
• Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.
• Multitask across departments in a small team environment.
